Documents Required

Your education documents are one of the most valued records that you will receive in your lifetime. In several countries, it is often difficult to replace them. We understand their value and therefore take care and precaution in handling them.

All your original documents will be returned to you once the evaluation is completed.

We are very particular that we receive authentic/original documents from you. Please read our Fradulent Documents policy.

Additionally, we require a copy of authentic/original documents in U.S. letter size, 8.5x11.

Each country is different in the documents they issue for the various educational programs and institutes. While it is not possible to list every one of them in detail, please see the country list below for a general list of documents required from your country. Note: this is only a guideline and we may require additional documents.

Non-English Documents

Several universities issue documents in a language other than English:

If issued in English, then English version.

If issued in another language and English – then both sets are required.

If issued only in a language other than English, then the original in the language issued and English translation (the translation must be done by an official translator, (eg. ATA member) in the US. In many instances we might be able to do the translation for evaluation purposes, if we are able to do the translation, the charges are generally lower than outside. Please see Evaluation Service, for translation services offered by us.

We might contact your institution, at our discretion, to verify the authenticity of your documents. We also reserve the right to request additional documents and/or that documents be sent directly to us by the educational institute that issued them.

Name Change

If you have had a name change, an example would be a name change due to marriage; we need proof of the name change, e.g. a copy of the marriage certificate.

If your documentation is incomplete, it may delay your evaluation.
